Accessing the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction is a violation of these Terms.
Each individual may register only one (1) account on the 207pub Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual – whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, or identity documents – is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 207pub reserves the right to close all accounts associated with a single individual found to have registered multiple accounts and to forfeit any balances held therein.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. 207pub is not responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.
207pub is required under PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and, in some cases, before allowing continued gameplay. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a driver's license, passport, or PhilSys National ID) and may be asked to provide proof of address or source of funds. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account restrictions.
The 207pub Platform is provided for your personal, non-commercial entertainment only. All transactions on the 207pub Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively through approved payment channels, which include GCash, Maya (PayMaya), and major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card transactions may also be supported where available.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your 207pub account within minutes of a successful transaction. 207pub does not charge fees for standard deposits , however your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any such third-party fees. 207pub reserves the right to impose deposit limits in accordance with responsible gaming obligations or regulatory requirements.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but are typically completed within one (1) to three (3) business days. 207pub reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name – third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
In compliance with Philippine regulations, the following payment methods are strictly prohibited on the 207pub Platform: credit card deposits for gambling purposes (as prohibited under current BSP and PAGCOR guidelines) and any form of cryptocurrency transaction. Attempting to deposit using a prohibited payment method may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 207pub reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts after this period. You will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fee being applied. Remaining balances in dormant accounts will not be forfeited without prior written notice to the registered email address.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 207pub are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements. Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be played through before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each promotion will be stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
207pub operates a strict anti-abuse policy with respect to bonuses and promotions. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings:

Each game available on the 207pub Platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager. 207pub accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of a player's failure to understand the rules of a game.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software failure that affects the outcome of a game, 207pub reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund any wagers placed during that round. 207pub will not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the refund of the affected wager. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is a principle that applies across all games on the Platform.
If you believe a game outcome was incorrect or that your account has been handled improperly, you must contact 207pub support within seven (7) days of the disputed event. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. 207pub will investigate all disputes in good faith and respond within a reasonable timeframe. If a dispute cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through our internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through their official regulatory channels.
All content on the 207pub Platform – including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, and trademarks – is the exclusive property of 207pub or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 207pub Platform without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of 207pub's intellectual property may result in legal action.
The 207pub Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 207pub does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 207pub's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 207pub account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 207pub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 207pub and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
207pub is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible at any time through your account settings. We encourage all players to use these tools proactively and to seek help if they feel their gaming is becoming problematic.
Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform may request self-exclusion by contacting 207pub support. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
207pub operates under the oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any regulatory complaints that cannot be resolved through 207pub's internal dispute resolution process may be escalated to PAGCOR through their official channels. 207pub cooperates fully with all PAGCOR investigations and regulatory inquiries.
207pub reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide at least fourteen (14) days' notice via email to your registered address or via an in-platform notification before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original.
These Terms, together with the 207pub Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and 207pub with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind between you and 207pub relating to the Platform.
