• Transaction records – retained for a minimum of five (5) years in accordance with AMLC reporting requirements.
• Gaming activity logs – retained for three (3) years for dispute resolution and regulatory audit purposes.
• Support communications – retained for two (2) years from the date of the last interaction.
• Marketing consent records – retained for the duration of your account and for one (1) year after withdrawal of consent.

No Data Collection from Minors

The 207pub Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a person under 21, we will immediately suspend the associated account, delete the personal data, and report the matter to the relevant authorities as required by PAGCOR regulations.
